he's a silkie i think, and he is living by himself (only piggie) on a big cage with lots of treats. what's wrong with him?
Answers:Memphisgal is right. Hyper piggys are good and there are only 3 reasons as to why a guinea pig may bite:
Mites
Fear and
Pain
Guinea pigs are herd animals by nature thus why they are extremely social, domestic guinea pigs do far better in pairs (or herds of 2 or more), often more active, social and happy. Please consider getting a cage mate.

my piggie was hyper till I got him a buddy... And mine trys tp still bite me. mine is trying to file down his teeth though.
hyper pigs are great! IT's wonderful to watch a piggie playing.
