If it's still alive it probably needs it's teeth checking by a vet, they could be overgrown.

Firstly check that your hamster is not eating its hidden stash of food that they normally hide in the sleeping area. If not, then check its teeth and make sure they are not overgrown.

Check your hamsters toilet habits, are they the same as normal? Is your hamster drinking water?

Anything your not to sure about you should get checked by the vet. I hope all is ok.

if your hamster is new which im guessing it is, then i guess its normal for your hamster not to like the food its given

my hamster Brownie had the same problem, only she wouldn't drink at all

i had to force-feed her in the end and she eventually started having little licks of the water bottle.

Maybe you need to do the same

get a variety of different food, try stuff like bread [preferably wholemeal], hamster food, and maybe even porridge OATS [not actual porridge] or weatabix
