A guinea pig should always have an unlimited supply of water, formulated guinea pig pellets (like Oxbow), and timothy hay in there cages at all times. They should also be fed fresh vegetables once or twice a day (if twice, make smaller portions) They love vegetables like cilantro, romaine lettuce, kale, collard greens, bell peppers, ect. Lots of vitamin c.

Weigh them. Adult males should weigh 1000-1200g (about one pound) and females 800-1000g.

I don't know, guinea pigs are just like people. Some are fatter, and some are skinnier. Your's I guess is the skinnier type. I have one who's REALLY fat. Don't worry about a thing.

You need to monitor his diet, I have a pig Jules who is pretty skinny, however he eats enough, and well enough to where I don't worry about his health.

Feed them good pellets, treat him for mites, and buy him or her a friend.

I think I recall that you just bought your pig recently. Pet store pigs are VERY young. That's a factor to thin about too

your guinea pig may be getting sick. i have 3 guinea pigs with mites right now, and one of them has lost 1 pound! make sure your feeding him alot of friuts and veggetables. they should always have hay, and they need lots of vitamin c. your supposed to feed them 3 friuts and one veggetable every day. my guine pigs love kale and strawberries. try feeding him those. an average guine pig weighs 2 pounds. so go ahead and take him to the vet, and keep feeding him a lot!!

Make sure your giving him pellets, hay, and veggies. Mine love carrots, bell peppers, apple(peeled and without seeds), bananas, and parsly. You might give him as much as he wants until he gets fatter.
