Why will my campbell dwarf hamsters not have baies anymore2007-11-24 22:19:32

i have 5 hamsters and they will not mate.i think that all but 2 are old so thats probably why the old ones will not mate but the young ones which is 1 male and 1 female..why wont they mate?the female is like a few months older than the male.please help me on this question!i like campbell dwarf hamsters and i think they are cool ;)

have you even had a hamster that had babies before?? The parents bite off there heads! I don't think this is a good idea.

Just give them time. Or you can take those two out and put them in a seperate cage. They may of had babies but the others in the cage may of eaten them.

Oh hi dont know sorry ive been having a bit well sort of a prob like ures it seemed to me like dis morning ma hammy was in labor but she hasnt given birth im a bit like u only more desperate i'm scared the babies will be stuck in der forever but lets think positive its only 1st proper noticable day of labor of pregnancy been some time so lets just stay in hopes and plz beg people and help me out
