it depends...When I first got my hamster, he was always shaking. I thought he was nervous, but today, he still shakes. That's just how hamster are...He's always in movement, and smelling everything around him, that's why he shakes.
If he shakes more than usual, that means he's scared, nervous or angry...Then, you should just leave him alone for a while, let him calm down...
