Will a guinea pig cope with my syrian hamster
I'm planning to get a guinea pig... but I want to know this one thing first... so.please give some advice..thanks...
Answers:hamsters are greedy especially if you put anything together. male + male = a fight and will result death, female + male = a fight, if they are not matured, and these I am talking about amsters, female and female = they'll fight for their territory. Hamsters are fun to play with, but tend to bite and be grouchy, they're really easy to clean, and they groom themsleves.
Guinea pigs are fun, friendly, big pets, and requires a lot of cleaning and caring. They're great with rabbits or their own species, but with a hamster? Oh dear!

Ermm Your Hamster Will Die If You Put Them Together. So Don't Do That. But If There Separted Then It Will All Be Fine.
Must Be In Different Cages Though. Because if Not You End Up With A Dead Hamy Not Cool x Hope This Helps
they are a difrent breed of rodents so please dont put them together. keep them sepearated and just make sure you spend time with both of them
No, the guinea pig will not "cope" with sharing a cage with a hamster. It's dangerous for both of them, especially being that guinea pigs are significantly larger than hamsters and have different dietary needs.
