beacause i am going to get 1 but i dont now if i should get 2
Answers:Our two live quite happily together. We don't know if they are male or female, but we were assured that they are the same sex when we bought them. They do occasionally have the odd scrap, but come to no harm. If we're around when they do fight we call out and brush the side of the cage, which stops them. But then 5 minutes later they cuddle up together and sleep.
I have 2 roboroski Hamsters who at first lived in the same cage and lived peacefully. However I started to notice that 1 on the hamsters had bite marks on his ear and watched them playing to find out that 1 was bulling the other. I have since separated them to stop the fighting. It depends on the hamsters, each animal is different to each other. You should when buying them ask your pet shop owner or if in real doubt ask a vets advice, but pet shops are normally good at helping you.

yes!! i had 2 and after about 1 month they started attacking each other, so we had to seperate them
