no i would say not when i asked my mom of coursse her intitial awnser was no so here is what i sent her via email

its not writtin like a daughter to mom but in buissnes or speach form she asid yes after i sent this

i am willy to do any thing ivve done reasearch asked question and could never be more prepared i have 102 dollars saved up and am willing to pay myself here is what i kno about hamsters

1. what i will need

1 cage

2 bedding

3 water bottle

4 food dish

5 treats

6 food

7 wheel

8 ball

9 tubes

10 a paper towel roll

11 bed

12 log

13 hamster duh!

14 hamster toys

15 water bowl/dripper thingy

2. hamster need knos

1 must clean cage at least ONCE a wk (twice if possible)

2 along with dry pellets they should be given a small amount of fresh food daily, cabbage, broccoli, carrot, apple, French beans, corn on the cob, etc. Do not give lettuce as this can be too wet for them. Remove uneaten food daily so that it doesn't go mouldy.

3 NEVER give your hamster chocolate - this is highly toxic for them. Avoid giving 'pet' chocolate as well as this can clog up their face pouches if they do not empty them immediately.
