Will these be safe for my guinea pigs
never put stuff in a guinea pigs water.
If you feed your guinea pigs a good plain pellet (Oxbow is a good brand), hay (timothy hay for guinea pigs 6 months and over, alfalfa hay for under 6 months) and fresh produce (twice a day), I do not see the need for a multi-vitamin.
Guinea pigs can not make their own vitamin c (you probably already know this) so you have to provide it for them. This can be done through tablet or drops (do not get the liquid that goes in the water), although alternatively you could use different vegetables. The following site has a chart which has different vegetables and fruits and how much you need of each one to get the 10mg that they need:

Often the only vitamin that they need is vitamin c.
Well it should be considering it is made for guinea pig, but I don't have one so I don't know!
No, it is not safe.
You can provide your piggie with all the Vitamin C they need by just giving them fresh veggies & pellets that contain stabilized Vitamin C. Oxbow or KMSHayloft sell some excellent quality pellets. Some people like to supplement just to be sure. In this case, you can get some human grade Vitamin C tablets from any health food store. Get 100 mg. tablets & cut the tablets into quarters. Give one per pig, per day. Make sure the tablets do not contain any other vitamin. JUST Vitamin C.
