I AM NOT GETTING CHIPY WOOD FOR MY HAMSTER! TO SLEEP ON!

there are many types of bedding for hamsters. if you dont want to use wood shavings try care fresh it is soft fluffy and absorbant. I have also found that it last a bit longer than shavings

if you don't like "chippy wood" you can go with old newspaper. ig you don't want newspaper, just get the wood shavings...

actually, you can get wood shavings, which are MUCH softer than those wood chips. You can also find lots of other bedding for your hamster, such as a paper pulp bedding such as Carefresh(what I use) that is super absorbant and they love to bury themselves in it! and heck, you can even get scented bedding.

Carefresh is the best bedding to use! Cedar and pine are very very bad for your hamster!

Just go to a pet store and it will have the face of a hamster on it but if you don't want to go through all that you can shread paper and put it in there and it is very safe for hamsters.

well, first off, don't use the colored fluff bedding or pine beddingTHEY ARE TOXIC TO HAMSTERS. but, if you don't want to use the wood shaving bedding, don't use bedding. if you want it to sleep on somthing comfy, use the aspen wood shavings. thats the best bet.DON'T USE NEWSPAPER PRINT. THAT IS ALSO TOXIC TO SOME HAMSTERS(MOST!)

You could use toliet paper or kitchen roll as they like to chew it up, or you could buy hamster bedding.Using the former is cheaper though. Hope that helps
