I would call animal control. They're usually the ones with the resources to deal with those kinds of calls.

omg what u do is gather peanuts and carrots then u put them iunder a tree wraped in a litttel towel then let the mom come or bring it to animal control dont hold them because they'll get ur sent b4 u put them back put ur hand in the grass and rub then rub them good luck

Is there a Wildlife Rescue organization where you live? They would have volunteers that are trained to care for orphaned animals. You animal control department would be able to tell you if your city has such an organization and they will be able to give you the phone number.

If you must take care of it yourself give them esbilac (puppy milk) found at the pet stores only. A childs liquid medicine syringe (WITHOUT A NEEDLE OF COURSE) is a good way of feeding them. KEEP THEM WARM. They can aspirate the milk very easily so feed slowly. If they don't have fur yet you may have to rub their bottoms to make them pee. It is a lot of work so try to get help from a rehabber.
