who uses this entry. He bugs me, cause he acts like he is Tony Soprano. But I aleays treat him with respect. I take care of his 93 year old Mother with Dementia.

You have tried everything you can. Talking is obvioulsy not gonna help. Have a security camera installed on your front door, that way you have video proof to back up your claim to the authorites. Make sure you take extra care and have a secure set of locks on your door both outside and in. And make sure that you yourself have soem form of protection on you at all times weither it be a small pocket knife key chain or a can or pepper spray, but make sure you don't have any huge type illegal weopons. Be safe and always be aware of your surroundings.

first are you sure a cat didn't kill the rat? If you are concerned, I would alert the authorities. Also you may want to install a serveilance (spelling?) camera to prove it.

If it is him, he sounds like he is the one with dementia so be careful ..
