Will using skin so soft bath oil work on cats and dogs for fleas
Yes, Avon Skin so Soft is a good way to get rid of fleas on both dogs and cats. I have actually used it on my own pets and it works great. It's also a great insect repellent for your pet.
Mix 5 parts water, 1 part SSS and mist on animals. Brushing it in makes their coats gleam and keeps insects off so the animals don't fidget in the show ring.
Mix in your pet's bath water. It takes the fleas and ticks off of them.and in between spray them with the same mixture as above to help keep them off. (Also good for horse flies on horses)
Rub on your hands before and after working with your pets and farm animals. It will remove the strong smells.
Spray around pet's food dish (if fed outside), keeps the ants from getting into the food dish.

I don't know about that but it does keep mosquitoes off.
NO! Get a spot on product - at the store. SSF will make their coats yucky, stinky and they will not be able to fluff them to keep warm.!
no. you need to get some regular flea soap for animals
The best treatment for fleas is a product like Revolution.
U don't need to have pets if U can't think better than that. common sense. use it..
I'm a dog groomer, and I would not put that stuff on a dog or cat. It's oily and can cause hair follices. Use dawn dish soap. It's safe for you and your pet..and kill fleas. let sit for at least 5 min. and rinse out. It kills the fleas and leaves your pet squeaky clean. It is safe and even used on wildlife.
If you're looking for a home remedy for fleas, use Joy dish detergent. I used to work in a kennel bathing dogs and cats and that's what we used. Or you could go to your vet and get some Frontline or Advantage. But I wouldn't use Skin So Soft. I wouldn't think it has anything in it to kill fleas.
I would ask the professionals. The products are advertised and sold as a product for humans, they may have been tested on animals but I would still ask a vet first.
Good luck xx
